Y.E.A.H is designed to achieve its primary Strategic Objective: Young People 15-24 years old adopt practices protective of their sexual and reproductive health.

In achieving this overall objective, Y.E.A.H targets three intermediate results:

1. An environment (educational, health, legal, HIV/AIDS) which is supportive of Sexual and Reproductive Health among young people
2. Increased utilization of services (educational, health, legal, HIV/AIDS) by young people
3. Increased capacity for sustained Sexual and Reproductive Health communication for young people.

Y.E.A.H is a multi-channel initiative, composed of three communication channels which work together to fulfill its objectives and intermediate results: Mass media, interpersonal communication; and Community Participatory Approaches.
